"Are you willing to move to decent homes for climate protection on the condition that it will save you money and raise your standard of living?" is seen as a provocation in these social niches. Normal people would certainly have asked about this and enthusiastically formed groups of settlers, but these social niches are far from normal.
"BASF invests in China: If Germany doesn't counteract, industry will flee abroad" headlined Focus. There are certainly social niches that frenetically celebrate Germany's deindustrialization. But the mainstream tends to dream of "My family, my house, my contribution to the energy supply of industry" as soon as it learns of the new possibilities that old unfulfillable wishes suddenly come within reach. A party with the election program "Land for Energy", new construction offensive, replace old houses with ClimateProtectionSuperiorityHouses: 20 million single-family homes, 1000 GW of photovoltaics, 3000 GWh of batteries are 2/3 of a functional energy transition, could certainly become the strongest party in Germany. Who will seize this historic opportunity to implement new technical possibilities for the benefit of the population?

The notary appointment was Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. The notary says it will then take another 2 to 3 weeks to be entered in the commercial register.
